Speaking Volumes is a 1-day online symposium, February 11, 2022, hosted by OCAD U & its partners, celebrating the work of creators exploring volumetric images.

Volumetric images, from hologram-like spatial videos to 3D scanned models, are increasingly prevalent in the work of artists, filmmakers, gamemakers, educators, and other creative explorers. This free, one day symposium brings together creators working with volumetric capture (including volumetric video and photogrammetry), to share and celebrate this exciting work, and to offer new ways of thinking, capturing, imagining and envisioning through volumetric images.
